What if provided developers in not efficient for doing work in the middle of the project?

We will provide you developer that will have capacity to do your work with efficiency but by chance if some problem comes and developer is unable to do the task or running behind timeline we can help you by changing developer or adding one more developers in the team at no extra cost. The newly deployed developers may need some time to understand the projects. However, we keep a backup plan ready for such a situation.
